Clothing store profit report: know what really makes you money

Sales are not profit. A busy day can still lose money if the wrong models are sold at a discount, and a quiet day can be your best one. StockTime calculates the real profit of every sale from the cost you entered for each model, so your profit report is ready the moment you close the shop — no spreadsheets and no calculator.

Daily profit, automatically

Every time you sell, StockTime knows the selling price, the discount and the cost of the piece. It adds them up for you and shows today's sales, money taken and profit on the dashboard. At the end of the day, Day close gives you a one-page summary you can print or send on WhatsApp.

Switch the period to see this week, this month or any custom range, and compare it with the period before.

Profit by product and category

Find out which models and categories really pay. The reports show your best-selling products, the profit each one brings, and the share of sets, dresses, blouses or pants in your sales. Slow models stand out too, so you know what to reorder and what to put on sale.

Because sizes and colours are tracked separately, you can also see which sizes sell first — useful when you order the next series from your supplier.

Expenses and debts in the same picture

Rent, salaries, shipping and other costs can be entered as expenses, so the profit you see is closer to what really stays in your pocket. Sales on credit are tracked too: money still owed by customers is shown separately from money you have actually collected.

Your costs and profit are visible only to you as the owner. Staff accounts can sell without seeing them.

Export and keep your data

Download your products, sales and reports as Excel files whenever you want, or take a full backup of your shop. Your data stays yours. Start with the free trial, enter your models with their cost, and your first profit report is ready after your first sale.
