A boutique POS system that understands sizes, colours and series

Most point-of-sale systems are made for supermarkets: one product, one barcode, one price. A clothing shop is different. The same model comes in many colours and sizes, some customers buy one piece and others buy a whole series. StockTime is a POS made for exactly this — and it runs on the phone or iPad you already have.

Sell by size and colour

Every model in StockTime has its own colours and sizes. When you scan a piece or pick it from the list, the exact size and colour are added to the invoice, and only that piece leaves your stock. At the end of the day you know precisely what was sold — not just 'three blouses', but which colour and which size.

If you do not have the barcode at hand, search the model by name or open the model picker, see its photo and tap to add it. The picker shows what is left of every size, so you never promise a customer a size you do not have.

Retail, wholesale or both

Many boutiques also sell to other shops. In StockTime you choose how you sell: retail only, wholesale only, or both. For wholesale you can set a separate price and sell by the series — for example one series of 36-38-40-42 — and the stock of each size goes down correctly.

If you only sell retail, the wholesale options stay hidden so the screen stays simple.

Invoices, payments, debts and returns

Each sale becomes a clean invoice in the language and currency of your customer, ready to print or send on WhatsApp. Take cash, card or transfer, give a discount, or let a regular customer pay later — StockTime keeps track of who still owes you money and records each payment.

If a customer brings a piece back, register the return in a few taps. The piece goes back into stock automatically and your profit report stays correct.

Built for the shop floor

Give your staff their own sign-in. They can sell and scan, while costs and profit stay visible only to you. Everything works in the browser on phone, iPad and computer, so you can sell from the counter, the stockroom or a fair stand. No installation and no expensive hardware are needed.
