StockTimeTerms of Service
By creating an account or using StockTime you agree to these terms.
StockTime is operated by Ammar Darweesh Radi Shebli (sole proprietor), İstanbul, Türkiye.
1. The service
StockTime lets shops manage products, stock, sales, invoices and reports from a phone, tablet or computer.
2. Your account
- Give correct information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including your staff accounts.
- One account is for one shop or business.
3. Free period and plans
New shops may get a free period. After it, the Pro plan is paid monthly or yearly at the price shown on our Pricing page. You always see the price before you pay.
Card payments: our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our card orders and handles payment, invoices, taxes and customer service for billing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Bank transfer (Türkiye): you may also pay by bank transfer; your plan starts when we receive the money.

4. Your data
The data you enter belongs to you. You can download it at any time. See our Privacy Policy. Please keep your own backups as well.
5. Fair use
Do not use StockTime for anything illegal, do not try to access other shops' data, and do not attack or overload the service. We may pause accounts that break these rules.
6. Availability
We work to keep StockTime running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable for updates or repairs. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost sales or profit.
7. Ending your account
You can stop using StockTime and ask us to delete your account at any time. If an account is paused or ends, its data is kept for a while so it can be restored, unless you ask us to delete it.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date on this page shows the latest version.
