Security & privacy

💳 Payments
Card payments are handled by Paddle or Lemon Squeezy (the one shown at checkout). They are the seller of record and take care of payment, tax and invoices. StockTime never sees or stores your card number.
Cancel any time from your account and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Today StockTime works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer.

Is my shop data safe?
Your data travels over an encrypted connection, each shop has its own database, and you can download a full backup any time. Excel export and backup are on the Standard and Pro plans.
Who can see my costs and profit?
Only the owner. Staff accounts see products and sales, never buying prices or profit.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Export products and sales to Excel or download a full backup from Settings. Excel export and backup are on the Standard and Pro plans.
How do I delete my account?
From Settings → My account. We send a code to your e-mail; the account is removed after 30 days unless you log in again.
Do you store my card?
No. Payments go through Paddle or Lemon Squeezy; StockTime never sees your card number.
